Project Management

A successful changeover to a new system requires a structured, controlled and monitored approach. Establishing the framework for this approach from the start helps AlphaGen and its clients forge a successful partnership throughout the implementation and beyond.

AlphaGen uses experienced Project Managers to be the day-to-day liaison point for the client. They have extensive product knowledge and the right skills to manage an implementation. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing the Project Plan (in conjunction with the client)
  • Managing the project resources, including external suppliers if necessary
  • Maintaining contact with the client throughout the project
  • Defining the scope and timescale of the project (in conjunction with the client)
  • Performing the Stage and Quality Assurance reviews.

AlphaGen’s dedicated, highly-skilled support team is on call 9 – 5.30, Monday to Friday, to help you with any of your software problems.

We use a call tracking and monitoring system to ensure a prompt, effective response to your problems and to help us evaluate our service to you.
